What makes the best tattoo shop / the best tattoo artist near you?

A question that we here often is what makes a studio the best tattoo shop? Along with a very similar question “ what makes the best type of tattoo artist?” There’s not an answer that is 100% correct necessarily for either one as its situational from artist to client, however here’s our response to these questions.

Question 1. What makes one shop the best tattoo shop?

A top-tier tattoo studio excels by providing a combination of exceptional tattooing skills, a sanitary environment, efficient customer service, and a strong understanding of various tattoo styles and techniques. A place in which one can really get the most out of their experience during the process of receiving their body art. In our opinion a place that makes you feel safe and comfortable in a more private setting in which you can have a more personable experience with your tattoo artist.

(We also think its a plus to experience sharing podcasts, music, watching movies, reading, and even meditative breathwork during your session. Depending on what’s a better fit for you and your sessions.)

Question 2. What makes an artist the best tattoo artist?

The best tattoo artists stand out through their dedication to continuously improving their craft, their ability to bring their clients' visions to life with creativity and precision, their professionalism in all aspects of their work, and their commitment to ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for every client. An artist that is licensed and holds certification in Blood born pathogen ( cross contamination) and prevention of disease transmission training.

( We also think its important to have an artist with a sense of humor in which you can joke around with.)
